The first overall pick in the draft has made quite the impression on his Tampa Bay Buccaneers teammates, especially his new roommate.

"(Winston's) the best roommate I've ever had, one of the best teammates I've ever had," rookie wideout Kenny Bell told the team's official website.

Is it because Winston always does the dishes? Maybe he doesn't mind if Bell eats his leftovers?

Nope. It's because Winston is a hard worker.

"It's been phenomenal," Bell continued. "We've been going from about 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., and then we get back to the hotel and he wants to study more ... He's dedicated to his job, that's for sure."

Bell isn't the only Buccaneer praising Winston's work ethic. Head coach Lovie Smith has also taken note of his new passer's intense desire to master the playbook as quickly as possible.

"He's cramming like it’s the final exam right now and doing a good job," Smith said.

This should be music to Buccaneers fans' ears.
