The Packers selected Hundley in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft, 147th overall.

Analysis:

This should be interesting. Hundley obviously won't see the field as long as Aaron Rodgers is healthy, but if Hundley develops better instincts, then the Packers might end up with two starting-level quarterbacks. For Hundley to fall this far makes it seem as if the NFL is trying too hard to repent for the sins of overdrafting players like Brock Osweiler (second round) and Logan Thomas (fourth round) in recent years, and the Packers are in position to capitalize. Despite whatever flaws he might have, Hundley is a big, athletic player with a good arm and reliable accuracy. That's more than what can be said for Sean Mannion.
