Conley is a supremely athletic player at 6-foot-2, 213 pounds with a 4.35 40, 45-inch vertical and 139-inch broad jump, and he joins a Kansas City roster lacking an obvious WR2 behind Jeremy Maclin. Conley could emerge as a rookie starter despite the presence of promising 2014 rookie Albert Wilson.
