Lewis has restructured the final year of his contract with the Jaguars, ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

Lewis had been slated to count $8.2 million against the team's salary cap, with his re-structured deal now putting him on track to remain with the Jags in 2015. Of course, the team's hefty investment in fellow TE Julius Thomas represents a hit to Lewis' fantasy upside. That said, Lewis, who caught 18 passes for 206 yards in eight games for the Jags in 2014, should continue to be an asset to the team's offense, thanks to his ability as an inline tight end and blocker.
