After losing Jeremy Maclin in free agency earlier this month, the Philadelphia Eagles are turning to the free-agent market to find his replacement.

Targeting yet another former player of the division-rival Dallas Cowboys, the Eagles will reportedly meet with veteran wide receiver Miles Austin this week, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Rapoport later added that the Eagles will indeed sign Austin provided he passes his physical when making the official team visit.

A once highly productive player toward the beginning of his career in Dallas, injury concerns have followed Austin since his consecutive 1,000-yard seasons in 2009 and 2010.

Though his production has fallen off of late, staying healthy and earning a role in Chip Kelly's offensive attack could conceivably give Austin some value in 2015.

The 30-year-old spent the 2014 campaign on a one-year deal with the Cleveland Browns, recording 47 receptions for 568 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games.
