Jets sign Stephen Bowen

Veteran defensive end Stephen Bowen is signing with the New York Jets, the nine-year pro announced on his Instagram account Tuesday.
Bowen has spent his NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins, appearing in 113 games and making 56 starts.
While he won't be challenging for a starting spot on one of the league's strongest defensive fronts, the 30-year-old should provide the Jets with some key veteran depth at defensive end.
