Report: Chargers interested in Cecil Shorts

It's been no secret the San Diego Chargers are in the market for a receiver, and you can add Cecil Shorts' name to the list of those they are interested in.
The Chargers have shown interest in the former Jacksonville Jaguars wideout, according Michael Gehlken of U-T San Diego.
San Diego lost Eddie Royal and need to add more explosive playmakers for Philip Rivers to work with. The team has also been linked to Stevie Johnson and Michael Crabtree.
Shorts has proven to be effective when healthy. He finished just short of 1,000 yards in 2012 with the Jags, but has battled injuries and not come close to those numbers since.
