A restricted free agent, Freeman has seemingly done enough to warrant a second-round tender, and it's unlikely any team would be willing to part with such a high pick for his services. While somewhat limited by injuries in 2014, he's one of the more consistent starters for Indy's shaky defense. Freeman finished the 2014 regular season with 94 tackles in 12 games, serving in a three-down role when healthy.
