Dolphins release Nate Garner

The Miami Dolphins have released offensive tackle Nate Garner.
Garner was unable to play the last half of the 2014 season while dealing with migraine headaches.
The move will free up $1.65 million in cap space for the Dolphins to potentially use toward a Ryan Tannehill contract extension.
It's unclear whether the veteran lineman will be able to continue his career.
