Falcons sign Matt Bryant to contract extension

The Atlanta Falcons are hoping kicker Matt Bryant is going to get better with age. 

Atlanta signed the 39-year-old to a contract extension on Wednesday. 

Despite his age, Bryant is showing no signs of slowing down. He connected on 29-of-32 field goals in 2014 with a long of 54, and ranked fifth in the league with a 90.6 percent conversion rate. 

Bryant sits only 140 points behind Morten Andersen's franchise scoring record.
