St. Louis Rams left tackle Greg Robinson underwent offseason toe surgery, according to Rams head coach Jeff Fisher

Robinson was the second overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft but initially struggled to make an impact on the field.

The 22-year-old began to take full snaps in Week 6 against the San Francisco 49ers and remained the team's starter at left tackle for the remainder of the season, allowing seven sacks, according to Pro Football Focus.

St. Louis surrendered 47 sacks, the eighth-worst total in the league.
