Richie Incognito 'on a very short leash' with the Bills

It probably goes without saying, but Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan said it anyway.
The Bills gave beleaguered guard Richie Incognito a chance to resume his NFL career, and they'll be watching his actions closely.
“He’ll be on a very short leash,” Ryan told Michael David Smith from Pro Football Talk. “But again I think that’s something he embraces. I don’t think he’s going to have those issues he’s had in the past. I certainly don’t believe he will and he doesn’t either.”
Ryan is confident Incognito's presence will be a positive.
“We wouldn’t have brought him into our organization if we didn’t feel that he could be a positive guy, not just in our locker room but in the community as well.”
