Saints' Jimmy Graham says shoulder surgery is a no-go for now

Andrew Weber / USA TODAY Sports

It looks as though New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham will avoid surgery for the shoulder injury he sustained early in the season.

Graham told Pro Football Talk Live on Saturday that for now, the plan is to rest and rehab the shoulder without surgery, Mike Florio reports.

Graham appeared in all 16 games for the Saints this season, but the injury appeared to slow him down. He finished with 889 receiving yards – his lowest total since his rookie campaign.
