VIDEO: J.J. Watt jumps over Jimmy Kimmel, destroys Elmo

Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt isn't just a monstrously powerful man, he's also incredibly agile.

Case in point: Watt leaping into the air from a standing position to land on a platform above late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel and security guard Guillermo. Skip ahead to 2:05 in the video below to see it:

Earlier in the show, Watt was included in a sketch that involved him wandering onto the stage during Kimmel's monologue and trucking a guy in an Elmo costume on his way to get Kimmel a coffee.
