The San Francisco 49ers have been linked to a number of different candidates for their vacancy at offensive coordinator in recent weeks. Tight end Vernon Davis wasn't shy about sharing his pick for the job Monday.

Davis posted a picture of now former Indianapolis Colts offensive assistant Rob Chudzinski to his Instagram account, including the caption: "All I want for Christmas... is to meet #robchudzinski #OC."

Chudzinski is a respected NFL offensive mind, best known for his work with Cam Newton as the Carolina Panthers' offensive coordinator from 2011-12.

His success in that role earned him a one-year stint as the Cleveland Browns' head coach in 2013 before being let go amid front-office turmoil and landing with the Colts.
