The Chicago Bears hired Adam Gase as their offensive coordinator, the team announced.

Gase served under Bears head coach John Fox as the Denver Broncos' offensive coordinator from 2013-14. Fox parted ways with the Broncos after a divisional-round loss to the Indianapolis Colts, and the Bears hired him as their new head coach on Jan. 16.

Chicago is in the middle of a very active offseason, hiring new general manager Ryan Pace on Jan. 8 and defensive coordinator Vic Fangio on Jan. 16
