Browns' Manziel doubtful to return vs. Panthers with hamstring injury

Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel left Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers with a hamstring injury and is doubtful to return.
Manziel's return was initially tabbed as questionable, but he's since been downgraded.
The rookie completed 3 of 8 pass attempts for 32 yards before exiting. He was replaced by Brian Hoyer.
