Report: Texans' Case Keenum to start Sunday vs. Ravens

Newly signed quarterback Case Keenum is expected to get the start Sunday for the Houston Texans against the Baltimore Ravens, ESPN's Adam Caplan reports.

Caplan cites a league source who echoes what has been rumored all week: it will be the gunslinger Keenum and not journeyman Thad Lewis under center. 

Though Keenum only signed with the Texans off the St. Louis Rams' practice squad this week (following injuries to Ryan Fitzpatrick and Tom Savage), he spent the preseason with the Texans and is said to have a better understanding of the offense than Lewis.
