  • The Steelers have surrendered two or more passing touchdowns in each of their last five games. Coming off their bye week, they're expected to get back several injured players in a home contest with the Saints, but it won't be enough to slow down Drew Brees. The veteran passer threw for 420 yards and three scores against the Ravens on Monday night.
  • Ryan Tannehill hasn't posted a 300-yard game this season, yet he's still turned into a reliable low-end fantasy starter. He has six multi-touchdown performances in his last eight outings and often helps bump up his totals with rushing yards. The Jets give up the most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks, so start Tannehill with confidence this week.
  • The Lions haven't scored a touchdown in two games, but the Bears should help remedy Detroit's offensive woes, especially now that Lance Briggs is out again. The Lions schedule sets up nicely for Matthew Stafford to win back his fantasy owners, with games against the Bears (twice), Buccaneers and Vikings over the next month.
  • Mark Sanchez has thrown for at least 300 yards in all three of his starts since Nick Foles was sidelined. Chip Kelly's system will continue to make a viable fantasy starter out of Sanchez, who has seven touchdowns in three-plus games, making up for his six interceptions in that time. He'll be a low-end QB1, albeit one with high upside, when he takes on Dallas. The Eagles-Cowboys game has the second highest over/under of the week.
  • In his return to Chicago last week, Josh McCown was unable to take advantage of a good matchup and now will have to face a Bengals team that has stifled opposing quarterbacks over the last five weeks. I'd stay away from playing him, outside of two-quarterback leagues.
  • The Texans and Redskins made quarterback changes this week. An injury to Ryan Mallett forced the Texans to turn back to Ryan Fitzpatrick, while Washington decided to sit Robert Griffin III in favor of Colt McCoy. Don't get too cute trying to start either.
