Helfet, who turned his ankle while making a catch this past Sunday, will probably need to practice in some capacity Wednesday in order to suit up Thursday against the 49ers. With 10 catches for 176 yards and two TDs (one of which occurred in Week 12) in nine games though, he's only an option in deeper formats.
