Report: Browns waiting to view security tape before disciplining Johnny Manziel

The Cleveland Browns are waiting to view security tape of Saturday's altercation between Johnny Manziel and a civilian group before penalizing its rookie quarterback, according to FOX Sports' Mike Garafolo.

Manziel's agent, Erik Burkhardt, released a statement Monday alleging the Browns rookie was confronted by an aggressive group in his residential elevator. 

Browns general manager Ray Farmer stated Monday the team is gathering additional information on the incident.
