Texans' Bill O'Brien believes Arian Foster could play in Week 13

Houston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien was optimistic Monday in his assessment of running back Arian Foster's status for Week 13, saying Foster "could play" Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.
Foster has missed each of the last two games as he continues his road back from a groin injury suffered in Week 9.
Rookie running back Alfred Blue ran for 202 yards on 52 carries over two starts in Foster's place.
