Texans' Foster ruled out Sunday vs. Bengals

Houston Texans running back Arian Foster has been officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Foster's groin injury has kept him out of action since Nov. 2. He was listed as questionable all week before ultimately being made inactive.
He has rushed for 822 yards and seven touchdowns on 161 carries in eight games this season.
Alfred Blue is expected to step into the lead role for the Texans for the second straight game. Blue racked up 156 yards on 36 carries last week against the Cleveland Browns.
