Arizona Cardinals safety Tony Jefferson recorded a team-high 12 tackles in Sunday's victory over the Philadelphia Eagles along with one quarterback hit and one pass defensed. He doesn't remember any of it, though.

Jefferson suffered a concussion at some point during the game, but it wasn't until Sunday night on his way home that the symptoms started to show.

"I don't really remember the game," Jefferson said Thursday, according to Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com. "I just remember when I started driving ... I just stopped for 30 minutes. I was like, 'What just happened?' I don't remember what happened. It was kinda scary.

"I went home and watched the film on the iPad. It was like seeing you on auto pilot. It was pretty weird."

Jefferson completed the final stage of concussion protocol Thursday and is eligible to play against the Dallas Cowboys. Defensive coordinator Todd Bowles said he hopes to have Jefferson back, but added that "concussions are a funny thing" so they will have to wait and see.

"This is your brain you're talking about," Jefferson said. "You don't want to do anything like that. I'm just going to see what they say but I feel fine.

"We got a long season ahead of us; I don't want to rush back."
