Chiefs sign Jarrod Pughsley, release Jerel Worthy

The Kansas City Chiefs have signed guard Jarrod Pughsley to their practice squad, and have released defensive tackle Jerel Worthy.
Pughsley played college football at the University of Akron.
Worthy is best-known for his stint with the Green Bay Packers.
