Analysis:

A sixth-round pick by the Chargers earlier this year, Grice was swiped off their practice squad in late September by the Cardinals, who are presumably searching for another threat out of the backfield. He even received some first-team reps at Wednesday's practice, but those were courtesy of a barely available Andre Ellington (foot), according to Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site. There's nothing to see here with Grice, the rookie, as Ellington is the unquestioned lead back in Arizona.
