Eagles head coach Chip Kelly said that McCoy is healthy and not currently on the list to receive treatment for an injury, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. "He's healthy," Kelly said. "He's not on the treatment list. He does normal maintenance like everybody else, but he hasn't had any injuries where we've done anything with him."

Analysis:

McCoy's struggles this season (2.7 YPC) have led to speculation that he's been attempting to play through an injury. Kelly's assertion that his starting running back is healthy is certainly good news, as is the return of tackle Lane Johnson in Week 5 following a four-game suspension to begin the season. McCoy and the rest of the Philadelphia offense will look to get on track against a well-rested St. Louis team that has allowed the 12th-fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs through the first month of the season.
