Every Monday and Friday, theScore's NFL editors will bring you a roundup of everything you need to know from around the division with the NFC West Notebook.

San Francisco 49ers

49ers hand Eagles first loss of the season. The 49ers scored 16 unanswered points against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday to record their first-ever win at Levi's Stadium. Frank Gore had a big game, rushing for 119 yards on 24 carries and catching a 55-yard touchdown pass.

Players reportedly want Harbaugh out. NFL Network analyst Deion Sanders said Sunday he is hearing rumblings from inside the 49ers' locker room that players are unhappy with Jim Harbaugh and no longer want to play for him.

Gore tells teammates to stop being selfish. Gore delivered a motivational speech to his 49ers teammates Saturday, which went a little something like this: Stop worrying about your individual issues and start helping the team.

Arizona Cardinals

Palmer ready to return. After missing the past two games with a nerve issue in his right shoulder, Carson Palmer guarantees he will be back for the Cardinals' Week 5 matchup against the Denver Broncos.

The Cardinals' 3-0 start by the numbers. The Cardinals find themselves at the top of the NFC West thanks to a perfect 3-0 start. Here's a look at the numbers that defined the team's first three games, via ArizonaSports.com.

Cardinals defense off to hot start. Through three games, the Cardinals rank first in rushing defense, second in total defense, and fifth in passing defense. Jim Trotter of ESPN.com calls Arizona's defense "the most improbable, yet impressive, on-field story of the young season."

Seattle Seahawks

Sherman hopes to see Broncos again this season. Richard Sherman had some interesting things to say during his appearance as a guest analyst on NFL Network.

Seahawks and their doppelgangers. Pete Carroll and Owen Wilson. Derrick Coleman and Michael Jordan. Marshawn Lynch and ... The Predator? Well done, Seattle Post-Intelligencer.

St. Louis Rams

Where the Rams stand coming out of the bye. Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com gives a statistical breakdown of where the Rams stand following their Week 4 bye. Aside from total defense, passing defense and third-down offense and defense, the team's numbers are down across the board from last season.

Tough stretch ahead. The next eight games could be a make-or-break stretch for the Rams. They face, in order: the Eagles, 49ers, Seahawks, Chiefs, 49ers, Cardinals, Broncos and Chargers, who have a combined record of 16-8 so far this season.

Where did the Rams' pass rush go? "It's on a milk carton somewhere," writes Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
