Report: Chiefs' Berry dealing with high ankle sprain

Kansas City Chiefs safety Eric Berry missed Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins with an ankle sprain and it appears to be more than a minor issue.

According to ESPN's Adam Caplan, Berry is dealing with a high ankle sprain, the type of injury that often causes players to be sidelined for several weeks.

It's not great news for the Chiefs as they are already dealing with a handful of injuries to other high-profile players. Jamaal Charles has an ankle injury of his own and in addition to Berry, the Kansas City defense has lost Derrick Johnson for the season with an Achilles injury.
