Rams' Shaun Hill active, but not starting Sunday vs. Cowboys

After missing just one game with a thigh injury suffered in Week 1, St. Louis Rams quarterback Shaun Hill is active for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, but will serve as the back up.

Austin Davis was announced with the starters pregame, and will continue to lead the offense coming off a Week 2 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
