San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Ray McDonald has been involved with the police more than once this year.

The San Jose Police released a report Thursday, showing that they visited McDonald's home on the evening of May 25 after a dispute emerged between McDonald and his fiancee, according to CSN Bay Area's Matt Maiocco.

Per Maiocco, the report states the following:

“An engaged couple (a male and female subject) were in an argument when the female subject became upset, grabbed a firearm (handgun) registered to the male subject, and held it at her side.”

“When the male subject informed the female subject that he was going to call 911, the female subject put the firearm away and fled without incident. The female subject did not make any threats or point the firearm at the male subject. Both subjects have been identified and were contacted.”

No arrests were made after the May 25 incident, according to the report.

McDonald was arrested for felony domestic violence on August 31. He has played in both of the 49ers game this season.
