Cardinals coach Bruce Arians addresses Jonathan Dwyer's status
Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians spoke to the media Thursday after running back Jonathan Dwyer was placed on the reserve/non-football illness list.
Dwyer was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault after allegedly head-butting his wife and fracturing her nose, and throwing a shoe at his 17-month-old son.
"Until he's exonerated he will not be a member of this football team. If and when he is exonerated, I will gladly take him back," Arians said at his press conference.
Arizona's rushing attack may struggle without Dwyer, as Andre Ellington has been battling foot pain all week.
