Raiders announce signing of Vincent Brown

Oakland Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie announced the signing of veteran wide receiver Vincent Brown on Tuesday.
Terms of Vincent Brown's deal with the Raiders: $850,000 base salary, $25,000 singing bonus, plus $125,000 if he catches 42 passes.

Brown, a third-round selection out of San Diego State in 2011, has shown an ability to make plays in limited action with the San Diego Chargers, but has had difficulty staying on the field.
Brown played in 30 games for the Chargers, racking up 60 receptions for 801 yards.
