Tillman (triceps) is expected to be placed on season-ending injured reserve, Adam Caplan of ESPN reports.

Analysis:

Tillman missed the final eight games of last season due to a torn right triceps muscle and unfortunately aggravated the same ailment on Sunday night versus the 49ers. An exceptional cornerback when healthy, his absence is certainly an unwelcome development for the Bears' secondary. With the 11-year veteran ruled out, promising rookie first-rounder Kyle Fuller is expected to step up and become Chicago's starting cornerback opposite Tim Jennings.
