Tavon Austin: (Knee) Suffers Sprained MCL
Austin (knee) has been diagnosed with a sprained MCL and is expected to be sidelined for roughly two weeks, Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reports.
Analysis:
Austin twisted his knee during the first quarter of Sunday's game and didn't return following the incident. With Monday's MRI revealing a sprained MCL, he figures to be out a couple weeks. However, considering the Rams' Week 4 bye, owners may fortunately only be without Austin for next week's game versus the Cowboys. Nonetheless, while Austin is sidelined, Austin Pettis should move up St. Louis' depth chart at wide receiver.
