The Packers called just 16 running plays while spending much of Sunday's game in catch-up mode, and none of them went Starks' way. He has some value as a handcuff to Eddie Lacy, but with 48 total yards through two games, Starks' production figures to be sporadic at best as long as Lacy remains on the field.
