Every Monday and Friday, theScore's NFL editors will bring you a roundup of everything you need to know from around the division with the NFC North Notebook.

Chicago Bears

Bears knock off 49ers in comeback fashion. With 21 unanswered points in the fourth quarter, the Chicago Bears completed an impressive comeback to top the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night.

Cutler, Marshall lead offense. The 49ers had no answer for the Jay Cutler-Brandon Marshall connection in the red zone. Although the two connected just five times for 48 yards, three went four touchdowns, including two in the fourth quarter.

Tillman dealing with triceps injury. Cornerback Charles Tillman exited Sunday's game with a triceps injury, and the emotion he showed on the sideline seemed to indicate it could be a fairly significant one.

Ratliff leaves with concussion. Defensive tackle Jeremiah Ratliff exited the game against the 49ers after suffering a concussion. Being without Ratliff for any significant amount of time would be a big loss for a Bears defense that has struggled to stop the run so far this year.

Green Bay Packers

Packers overcome slow start to beat Jets. Although a slow start to the first quarter was concerning, the Packers' high-powered offense eventually got hot, and Green Bay managed to pull out a 31-24 win.

Nelson's monster game. The Packers could not have come back without the efforts of star receiver Jordy Nelson, who notched an impressive 209 yards on nine receptions, including what proved to be a game-winning 80-yard touchdown catch and run late in the fourth quarter.

Rodgers moves past Starr in passing yards. After throwing for 346 yards on the day, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers now has 24,732 career yards, outpacing Bart Starr for second on the franchise's all-time passing list.

Issues on defense continue. While the offense looked sharp en route to a thrilling comeback win, the Packers' defense continued to struggle, as the Jets' offense moved the ball seemingly at will throughout the first half.

Detroit Lions

Offense shuts down in loss. The Lions' offense stumbled after a dominant performance in Week 1, tallying just one score in a 24-7 loss to the Carolina Panthers.

Calvin records catch in 108th consecutive game. Although receiver Calvin Johnson was limited to six catches for 83 yards, Sunday's game was the 108th straight in which he recorded at least one catch, breaking the Lions' franchise record.

Defensive front continues to be a bright spot. The Lions' defensive front turned in another solid performance, albeit in a losing effort, stifling the Panthers' rushing attack throughout the game and pressuring the pocket with four sacks of Cam Newton.

Minnesota Vikings

Vikings blown out at home. The Vikings' 2014 home opener hardly went as planned, as Minnesota failed to score after its opening-drive touchdown in a 30-7 loss to the Patriots.

Cassel to remain starter. After completing 19-of-36 passes for 202 yards and four interceptions against New England, questions abound regarding whether or not Matt Cassel should remain the Vikings' starting quarterback. However, head coach Mike Zimmer insists that Cassel remains the starter heading into Week 3, and putting rookie QB Teddy Bridgewater in the game was never an option against the Patriots on Sunday.

Peterson to be reinstated. Running back Adrian Peterson was deactivated for Sunday's game after being indicted for reckless or negligent injury to a child, but he will return to the team and is expected to play in Week 3 against the New Orleans Saints.
