Charles Tillman: Exits With Triceps Injury

Tillman suffered a triceps injury, and he will not return to Sunday's game against the 49ers.

Analysis:

Tillman, who missed the final eight games of last season with a triceps injury, was ruled out for the night shortly after getting hurt. That obviously doesn't bode well for his future availability, which means rookie first-round draft pick Kyle Fuller may assume the starting job. With Sherrick McManis (quad) previously exiting Sunday's game, the Bears are down to just two healthy cornerbacks, Fuller and Tim Jennings.
