Jets' Eric Decker to undergo tests on injured hamstring Monday

Dennis Wierzbicki / USA TODAY Sports

New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker exited the team's 31-24 loss to the Green Bay Packers in the fourth quarter Sunday because of a hamstring injury.

The same hamstring bothered Decker throughout training camp, though the injury suffered Sunday is believed to be more severe, according to ESPN.

Decker will undergo tests on Monday, and he's not quite sure what to expect.

"Don't know. Find out tomorrow." Decker said, adding that the injury is "hard to gauge."

Decker is the team's top receiving option, brought in this past offseason on a $36-million deal. He led the team in receiving yardage Sunday despite his early exit, bringing in four passes for 63 yards and a touchdown.
