49ers' Crabtree could miss 2 weeks of training camp with undisclosed injury

Kyle Terada / USA TODAY Sports

The San Francisco 49ers have already seen two running backs go down in training camp and now it looks like it could be a pair of receivers.

Jim Harbaugh noted on Friday that that both Michael Crabtree and Brandon Lloyd could be sidelined for up to two weeks.

Crabtree is the bigger concern for the 49ers as he represents a large portion of their offense. Harbaugh was secretive about the nature of the ailment.

San Francisco was extra cautious with Crabtree during OTAs since he was limited to five games last year after tearing his Achilles in the 2013 offseason, but Harbaugh seemed to rule that out.

With Crabtree and Lloyd down, look for Stevie Johnson and Bruce Ellington to get increased reps.
