Report: Josh Gordon to claim positive test the result of 2nd-hand smoke

Following the news that Mike Florio reported about Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon using conflicting sample results in his appeal, ESPN's Adam Schefter has added that the wide receiver's team will also base their case around the assertion he tested positive due to second-hand smoke.

There was some contention about what substance Gordon tested positive for. Per Schefter, it is indeed marijuana.

Gordon's positive test was just barely over the limit and, according to Schefter, he would have not tested positive at the Olympics or in Major League Baseball.

Gordon also reportedly plans to introduce witnesses that will back up the second-hand smoke claim.
