Per the story, Harrison was driving around 3:20 a.m. when a panicked man flagged him down asking for help. He was fleeing two intruders who allegedly broke into his apartment and they began firing at Harrison's vehicle as he was trying to assist the man.

According to a source, the men struck Harrison's tire, which went flat shortly after, as the men fled the scene in another vehicle. Harrison and the man he was helping were not injured.
