Watt shrugs off finger injury: 'It's still inside my body. It's still attached'

Kevin Jairaj / USA TODAY Sports

It would be fair to question whether J.J. Watt will play in Thursday's game after he revealed he "busted the bone through the skin" in one of his fingers on Sunday.

Well, question no more.

"Whatever. It's still inside my body. It's still attached," Watt said Tuesday, according to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle.

That's as clear a message as any that Watt - a player who missed all but three games last season - wouldn't dare miss the Houston Texans' Thursday night showdown with the Cincinnati Bengals.
