Indianapolis Colts general manager Chris Ballard reiterated that there's no schedule for Andrew Luck's return after undergoing shoulder surgery in January.

Ballard and Colts owner Jim Irsay stated in March that the team would defer to the medical staff before clearing their franchise player.

Luck will likely be ready well before the start of the season, but Ballard refused to set a date.

"Not gonna put a timetable on Andrew, gonna make sure we get him back healthy," Ballard said on SiriusXM NFL Radio.

Luck submitted one of the best campaigns of his career in 2016, completing 63.5 percent of his passes for 4,240 yards and 31 touchdowns against 13 interceptions.
