49ers' Kapri Bibbs: Dealt to 49ers
Bibbs was traded to the 49ers along with a fifth-round draft choice on Saturday in exchange for a 2018 fourth-round pick, James Palmer of NFL Network reports.
Analysis:
Undrafted in 2014, Bibbs has spent the last three years with the Broncos, spending considerable time on the practice squad for two seasons before making the 53-man roster in 2016. Bibbs appeared in 12 games last season, carrying 29 times for 129 yards. He's expected to compete with DuJuan Harris, Mike Davis, Tim Hightower and Joe Williams for backup carries behind Carlos Hyde.
