Packers' Jahri Evans: Signs with Packers

Evans signed a contract with the Packers on Wednesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Analysis:

Evans spent the first 11 years of his career with the Saints, starting 169 of 176 games in that span while earning six Pro Bowl nods. Though he's seen his play decline a bit in the last two seasons, the 33-year-old Evans will likely enter training camp as the leading candidate to replace T.J. Lang as a starter at guard after Lang signed with the Lions back in March.
