Watch: Jamaal Charles shows off progressing recovery

It's been a while since we've heard anything from free-agent running back Jamaal Charles as he continues his road to health. His agent would like you to know, he's doing well.

The former Kansas City Chief missed most of last season as he struggled to recover from an ACL tear suffered Week 5 of the 2015 season, the second ACL tear of his career.

Charles has been linked to the Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks as recent as March 14, but likely won't sign with a team until closer to training camp to ensure he will be as healthy as possible before returning to the field.
