Report: 49ers, Bears, Jets 'most antsy' to trade back in 1st round

Three of the teams sitting in the top six picks of April's upcoming draft are reportedly the most anxious about moving down to gain some extra capital.

The San Francisco 49ers (second overall), Chicago Bears (third overall), and the New York Jets (sixth overall) are the teams who are "most antsy" about trading back in the first round of the draft, Peter King of MMQB.com reports.

Myles Garrett is thought to be a lock as the first overall pick of the Cleveland Browns in the 2017 draft (though even that is reportedly now in dispute), but the rest of the top 10 is anyone's guess.

All three are in need of a quarterback, but with no surefire prospects in this draft, trading back and taking advantage of the defensive depth might be the prudent option.
