Dolphins' Kenny Stills: Fine likely for Vegas activity
Stills will likely be fined for participating in an arm wrestling competition at the MGM Grand Resort in Las Vegas last week, NFL.com reports.

The NFL has a policy against gambling in which players are barred from being a part of promotional events in casinos. Despite the impending fine, he'll soon embark upon his third offseason program with the Dolphins acting within a passing attack led by QB Ryan Tannehill, wideouts Jarvis Landry and DeVante Parker, and tight end Julius Thomas.
