Odell Beckham to have minor oral surgery, will miss Duke workouts

Odell Beckham Jr. gets cavities, too.
The New York Giants pass catcher won't be attending workouts hosted by Eli Manning at Duke this week as he is undergoing oral surgery, Beckham told Newsday's Tom Rock at the NCAA Men's Basketball final Monday.
Beckham didn't go into details about the specifics of his surgery, but did say he expects to be fully ready for official team workouts beginning April 18.
Oral surgery can range from removal of wisdom teeth or a root canal to simply removing a tooth.
Manning's Duke workouts are a regular staple of the Giants' offseason. The quarterback's former college coach David Cutliffe now works at Duke as their head coach.
